What types of services do you offer for house calls?
We provide comprehensive veterinary care in the comfort of your home, including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, chronic disease management, and compassionate end-of-life care. If a service requires equipment not suited for house calls, we’ll help coordinate the best next steps.
How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment through our website, by phone (text or call), or via email. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Click the “Schedule Now” button to request an appointment, or visit the “Contact Us” section of this website for phone and email contact information.
Please note: Using the ‘Schedule Now’ function submits an appointment request but does not guarantee the selected time. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from Springs Veterinary Services.
Do you offer veterinary pharmacy services?
Yes, we have an online veterinary pharmacy options where you can conveniently order prescription medications, preventatives, and other pet care products. See the “Pharmacy Resources” section above for more information. You can also order prescriptions for your pet’s medication using the Digitail App. Click here to download.
Do you offer emergency or urgent care visits?
We do not provide emergency services, but if you have an urgent concern, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you or direct you to the nearest emergency facility. Emergency Resources can be found by clicking HERE or on the Emergency Resources button at the top of the page.
Are house call visits more expensive than clinic visits?
While house calls do cost more than in-clinic visits, the pricing reflects the added convenience of in-home care, increased face time with the veterinarian, and the personalized, stress-free experience for you and your pet. House calls eliminate the need for travel and reduce stress for anxious pets, making the experience more comfortable and efficient.
How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?
We recommend booking at least 7-10 days in advance, especially for routine wellness visits. However, if you need sooner availability, reach out—I will do everything I can to fit you in sooner!
